01. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing the Health Can landing page (`healthcan.life`) and submitting waitlist logs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register for the dispatch list or utilize our services.
02. WAITING LIST & CROWDFUNDING MOCKUPS
NOTICE: HEALTH CAN PROVISIONS ARE CURRENTLY IN ACTIVE EXPERIMENTATION AND SHELF-STABILITY VALIDATION. PRODUCTS DISPLAYED ARE PROTOTYPES. SPECIFICATIONS, INGREDIENT RATIOS, AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES ARE NOT FINAL AND ARE SUBJECT TO LABORATORY SAFETY CHECKS AND REGULATORY CERTIFICATION.
Waitlist signups secure VIP pricing tiers (30% off early-bird) but do not guarantee product purchase. Transactions will be processed solely through the late 2026 Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign.
03. SMS/MESSAGING SERVICE TERMS
If you supply your mobile number, you join the "Health Can Kickstarter Dispatch Alerts" SMS program:
- PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The service delivers transactional and promotional updates about recipe ballots and Kickstarter launch day notifications.
- OPT-OUT ACTIONS: You can opt out at any time. Text STOP to cancel. After texting STOP, you will receive a single SMS confirming your removal. No further messages will be sent unless you re-register.
- HELP ASSISTANCE: For instructions or system queries, text HELP, or contact us at marco.georgaklis28@gmail.com.
- RATES & CHARGES: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you or by you. Message frequency varies.
- DELIVERY STABILITY: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, blocked, or undelivered messages.
04. REFERRAL REWARDS MECHANICS
Waitlist referral codes are supplied to invite friends. Fraudulent registrations, scripts, or multiple fake emails to secure referrals will result in immediate disqualification of your waitlist record and cancellation of any unlocked perks.
05. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding elements, 80s camp illustrations, label mockups, logos, recipes, and text content are owned by Health Can. You may share referral graphics and links to help promote the launch, but replication of recipe formulations or label designs is prohibited.
